Refund Policy

All purchases of subscriptions for the Services made through the Website or applicable App Stores, as well as any associated refunds, are governed by the terms of this Refund Policy.

Any definitions or terms contained in this Refund Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in our Terms of Use.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THIS REFUND POLICY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS AS IT DETERMINES YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO YOUR PURCHASES AND REFUNDS, INCLUDING ESSENTIAL RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Generally, any fees you have paid for subscriptions are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or is required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered and granted under the following limited circumstances:

  • You did not receive access to the Services within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase;
  • You received defective or faulty Services; or
  • We agreed to issue a refund on a voluntary basis (the 'Voluntary Refund') as defined herein.

If you did not obtain access to the Services within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, or received a faulty product, the following process shall apply:

  • You must submit a written request to our customer support team at [email protected] detailing the issue. The request must include a description of the issue, your Account details, and supporting evidence, such as screenshots or screen recordings, clearly demonstrating the absence of access or the defect in the Services.
  • Upon receipt of the refund request, we will ask for additional information (if necessary), initiate a review and notify you of our findings within a reasonable time.
  • Following our internal review, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:
    • Deny a refund; or
    • Approve a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

All refunds will be processed in accordance with this Refund Policy and any applicable consumer protection laws.

NOTE FOR RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN US STATES

If you are a resident of California or Connecticut, you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third (3rd) business day following the date of such purchase. Upon timely cancellation, we will refund the full amount of any payments made in connection with the purchase.

NOTE FOR THE EU RESIDENTS

As a general rule, EU residents are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which they may request a refund without providing any reason.

HOWEVER, BY PLACING AN ORDER FOR THE SERVICES, EU RESIDENTS EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE IMMEDIATE USE OF THE SERVICES, WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD AND CONSENT THAT THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION OF THE 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD.

If you are a resident of the EU, you are entitled to a statutory 2-year guarantee. This means you have the right to request a remedy if the Services are faulty, not as described, or do not function as reasonably expected. If we are unable to rectify the issue within a reasonable time, free of charge and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund.

VOLUNTARY REFUND

We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, offer you the opportunity to receive a refund (the 'Voluntary Refund'). The decision to offer the Voluntary Refund is entirely within our discretion and does not establish any obligation to provide such refunds in the future.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome by email. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (including, where applicable, your credit card).
